It's your path, your way.
Why take prenatal classes?
Every day, we are surrounded with information and research that is constantly changing and often confusing. Many people can get overwhelmed by the amount of advice and information around them. This may lead them to choose to remain indifferent and just accept whatever comes their way. While this isn't always a bad place to be in, within the birth setting, this indifference can often lead to unexpected outcomes that could have been prevented. With a little preparation, both mentally and physically, and the knowledge of options available, you can feel more confident and comfortable heading into your birth!
